Recruiting

Whenever you see a person worth recruiting in your eyes, you might wanna take a shot.
When doing this, ask if he/she isn't in a clan (most time just check if there is a tag in front of the name) and if not, ask if the person is interested.
Than maybe test the person and certainly redirect him/her to our forum to apply.

But please, when you think that a person is worth recruiting, don't say that he or she can starts wearing the |RC| tag.
This can lead to unclearence, since only that single clan member that permitted the allowance know that the person in question is allowed to wear the tag. And The whole clan should decide whether a new member is taken into the clan.

Today I saw a guy called |RC|XingiDing (or something like that) playing AC.
I told him to change his name, since I ha'dn't ever seen him on the forum, he kept saying that Krauser recruited him.
Krauser if this is true I will come to gib your ass of personally.
That would be the second time you have done that.
NEVER EVER EVER EVER DO THIS AGAIN!

If this isn't true, sorry for bothering you with this matter, but these things just have to be checked on.
I really hope the guy was lying, but otherwise I have to insist that a serious word will be spoken to you and I will personally make sure that there will be consequences!

He BTW still didn't...

I'm not sure about XiniDing, as i saw him his tag was written %RC% ...
He was at our server with sniper+, who forced him to keep tag and said bad things about us (like "fuck RC clan).
So I personally think that he's not really interested to become a clan member and I also think that krauser didn't invited him.

also possible that someone named krauser invited him but it was a faker. there is one faker out there who likes to name him SovieltAK47, and that one is saying bad things about other clans
(guess to make soviet/us bad...)
nevertheless im gonna to ask krauser if he (again) invited someone

Ok, and if XingDing applies he will get an instant no from me, because I saw him cheating, and don't mind if people can change, I don't want active or former cheater in the clan I'm in.
